Yes, all Swiss Arabian products are 100% authentic. We are the official global store, ensuring every bottle of perfume and oil is crafted with the highest quality ingredients and traditional Middle Eastern heritage.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
We offer worldwide shipping. Typically, international orders are processed within 24-48 hours and delivered within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.
What is the difference between an Eau de Parfum and a Concentrated Perfume Oil?
Eau de Parfum (EDP) contains an alcohol base and offers a traditional spray application with strong sillage. Our Concentrated Perfume Oils (CPO) are alcohol-free, applied via a glass rod, and provide a long-lasting, intimate scent profile that evolves on the skin.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene and safety standards in the beauty industry, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been unsealed or sprayed.
Are Swiss Arabian products vegan and cruelty-free?
We are committed to ethical beauty. Most of our fragrances are vegan-friendly, and we do not conduct animal testing on any of our finished products or ingredients.
