At Swiss Arabian Global, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our luxury fragrances. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible products within 14 days of delivery provided they remain in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our customer concierge team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original luxury boxing and shipping carton to ensure the fragile glass bottles are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the seal of the fragrance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
